Freeze Decimates Fixtures

Only two BPR matches survived the freezing conditions over the weekend of 30th/31st January. The Senior team lost to the only goal of the match at Thurleigh on Saturday, and the U15 Tigers scored an impressive 7-1 home victory against Two Mile Ash on Sunday.

BPR Tournament 2010

Entry forms for the 2010 tournament over the weekend of 12th & 13th June are now available on the Tournament page tab above

For this year's tournament the Club are looking for:

• Celebrities to present awards - Do you know any local, or even not so local celebrities who would be prepared to present trophies at the event? Even high profile professional referees.
• Sponsorship - In addition to an overall Tournament Sponsor, there are many things we have to pay for over the tournament weekend and we'd welcome sponsorship for any of these. Examples: trophies; referees; St John's Ambulance; refreshments. We can also offer sponsorship for each age group playing in the tournament. For further details please contact me directly.
• Adverts - We offer advertising space in the tournament programme, £20 for a quarter page, £30 for half-page. If you have your own company or product for sale, why not take the opportunity to advertise it. Or maybe you can talk your employer's to take advantage of the opportunity.
• Fridges/freezers - It made life so much easier for us this year being able to store drinks & bbq food in fridge and freezers. If you can lend us a fridge or freezer, or are thinking of replacing your appliances and want to see them put to good use then let us know.
• Stalls - If you are a stall holder or know someone who is, we are happy to provide space for stalls over the weekend. We usually offer vendors space and look for a percentage of takings in payment.
